Outside of work, Kylie unwinds in the yoga studio or takes leisurely walks with her dog, Oscar, along the beach, finding solace in these tranquil moments away from the office.

Suze Macrae

Suze is a highly capable project manager and administrator. She oversees our operations with a passion for problem-solving and creating order, always striving to gain a clear understanding of an issue before finding the most efficient route to the solution.

Having spent more than 15 years in business administration, across startups to mid-sized companies, and with extensive experience in sales and marketing, Suze understands the crucial role that CRM systems play in improving efficiency and supporting growth. Driven by a desire to enable businesses to reach their full potential, she employs her unique combination of energy and calm to ensure that operations run smoothly and our clients receive all the support they need to achieve their goals.

Suze unwinds by exercising, hanging out with friends and baking up a storm in the kitchen.

Bryce Robertson

A key part of Squirrel’s integration team, Bryce develops software for automating our clients’ CRM processes and getting their business systems working together seamlessly. He attends consultations in order to gain a full understanding of client requirements and offer a developer’s perspective on what’s possible and how we can achieve the best outcome for their business.

Bryce is proficient in C, Java, Python and JavaScript, as well as Linux (Ubuntu/Mint), git, NodeJS, OpenMP, OpenMPI, Android Studio and SQL Workbench, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer and Software Systems from the University of Melbourne.

Bryce is a quick study, critical thinker, and self-confessed perfectionist in problem-solving. He relishes understanding and improving systems. Additionally, he passionately supports the Hawthorn football club.

Jonathan Young

Jonathan is a full stack application developer who works closely with clients to distill their requirements into intuitive, timesaving tools. His proficiency in back and front end technologies allows him to iterate quickly with clients and he takes particular pleasure in delivering solutions that are not only lean and efficient, but also provide a great user experience.

With a profound appreciation for simplicity in software and UX design, Jonathan recognizes that overly complex solutions can be costly, challenging to navigate, and detrimental to a business’s success. His dedication to streamlining processes ensures that every solution he delivers is tailored to enhance productivity and user satisfaction.

Outside of work, Jonathan finds joy in his hobby as a music producer and his aspiration to become a proficient swimmer.

Catherine Smith

A fundamental keystone to the Squirrel team, Catherine works with our clients from the very beginning of their journey with us to understand their needs, and to overcome process obstacles to realise their business potential. Primarily, her role is to determine how clients can unlock the full benefits of customised CRM software and workflow automation.
Catherine has over 15 years of in-house project management experience supervising the build of CRM systems and websites. This extensive technical know-how coupled with her patient, systematic approach, mean she is well equipped to translate business goals into tangible solutions.

Catherine thrives on finding solutions that reduce business challenges and expenses. She’s dedicated to helping clients conquer IT concerns through education, training, and ongoing support. For relaxation, she cherishes family time, music, and leisurely lunches in Regional Victoria.

Benjamin Chatfield

Ben is the Squirrel to call when it comes to any burning IT questions or various other CRM head scratchers you encounter. Putting his long-term interest and traineeship in IT to good use, Ben supports the Squirrel team and clients by assisting in software implementation and ongoing support.

Ben’s nature is innately curious, and he is particularly refreshed by the sheer variety of his work. He relishes the abundant hands-on learning opportunities he encounters in service of finding straightforward and practical solutions for our clients. Like the rest of the team, he’s committed to working with clients to unlock and maximise the benefits of our expertise and Zoho CRM software.

In his spare time Ben loves game nights with his friends and is an avid reader, particularly enjoying the sci-fi fantasy genre.

Faizan

Faizan is an accomplished data analyst with a keen interest in using data to drive business decisions. He currently works as an in-house data analyst at Squirrel Business Solutions, where he specializes in using SQL and HTML to create custom queries and reports for tracking company performance.

Faizan’s expertise in data analysis is driven by his passion for understanding and analysing complex datasets. He has a strong background in statistical analysis and data visualization, which he uses to identify patterns and trends in data that can help businesses make informed decisions.

Faizan, pursuing a degree in Computer Science, demonstrates proficiency in SQL, PHP, and HTML, continuously seeking enhancements for data analysis. he loves sports and gym workouts, while also prioritising quality time with friends and family.

Phil Hawthorne

Phil is a Melbourne-based web developer who lives and breathes technology. With over 15 years of experience in a technology startup, he has the right tools to bring to any project. Ayaz is an IT Technician dedicated to resolving all desk tickets and implementing major automation in Zoho CRM. With a background in Artificial Intelligence and experience as a Specialist at Apple, Ayaz possesses the expertise to analyze issues and recommend solutions that streamline workflows.

Ayaz enjoys writing code in Deluge and React Native, enhancing its functionality and efficiency.

Outside of work, Ayaz has a passion for fixing and working on cars. His current project cars include a CU2 and an E46, where he applies the same problem-solving skills and attention to detail that he brings to his IT work.
